Domino's Pizza — Refusal to deliver after taking order

The order was taken from me but not delivered at all. I kept waiting for the order to arrive. Neither the order arrived, neither they called up. When I finally called up the company at ADITYA MALL - CBD SHAHDARA
SHOP NO 15, 1616A, PLOT NO 9DADITYA MEGA MALLC.B.D. SAHADARA, NEW DELHI - 110032 PH.NO.[protected]/ 57.
The staff was completely unresponsive and I lost all the time to order from alternate areas. I would like the company and its staff to improve consumer responsiveness and compensate its customers accordingly.

Sir I have a coupon code DH 100 your service centre in crossing republic is not accepting it they say that this coupon is not valid in Uttar Pradesh they also use vulguar language I am very disappointed this becoz they also destroying your reputation
