Domino's Pizza — Regarding Extreme rudeness by a company employee towards their customer

This with regard to a call placed for ordering pizza on the number 6888 6888 on receiving which the operator Mr Arun not being able to hear my voice clearly his exact words were "Bhaad Mein Jao" and just after that he cut the call.
As a consumer I deeply hurt as to the rude response I got as a customer and a regular customer at that.
The call was made February 27, 2015, 9:11 PM and is liable to be found in their records as even on the call I was made to know that this was being recorded.
And if the company denies even receiving that call then I'm deeply sorry for ever choosing with the company's services and this I may say doesn't send a good message to the consumers.
If an individual is disturbed in his mind then he/she should not take out his frustration on his work and that too on the company's customers.It's highly unethical and unprofessional and extremely rude at that point as well.
I want swift action as to my complaint to be addressed by the company and the particular individual is notified of his "fault".
Appropriate action should be take against the individual as well so that no other customer should have such grievance and instead of being satisfied by the service is left angry and saddened.
