We are hostelite and placed an order from karvenagar (Shahu colony lane no. 11 opposite) on 4th september 2017 (10:06) to [protected] (Delivery boy) and main outlet ([protected]). Location : nal stop. Delivery boy met with an accident but they didn't informed as such. They should have and moreover after two and half hours they were available and responded very rude and even to our matron. Kindly take some action in context of maintenance. We agree that the circumstances were not so and we also feel condolences. If they would have informed things would have been better.
