Domino's Pizza — regarding not delivering prepaid order

Dear sir,

My order has not been delivered despite having prepaid order and no concern authority is picking up the call.This is very harashing. No one picks call to let me know the exact status. They commit to deliver in 30mins and its been over 1.5 hr and i have not received my order. I received a call saying the order will be delivered in an hour but that time lapse has also crossed. This is very harashing from a brand like Domino's.

I have ordered two things one cheese burst peppy paneer pizza medium and second one is stuffed garlic bread... We have paid 509 rs online... But we don't get cheese burst pizza..
