On 1st January 2023 I ordered pizza from Dominos and was allotted order no. 519 from Alambagh Store. When my pizza arrived it was thoroughly cold, box was untidy and no sealing of dominos was on the box, yes it was only folded. How can you be assured that quality was maintained during delivering pizza as it was opened. Number of oregano sachet mentioned were 6 on the bill but we found only 4.
I complained through the dominos app on same day (1st January 2023) about this issue and informed them, they registered my grievance and allotted me reference no. 4690058 and assured to resolve the issue within 24 hours.
It happened first time, when our kids complained for the poor taste of pizza, it was hard and uneven crust. Once I was contacted by the Dominos store that they will give me a complimentary pizza. When I called them on 22nd Januarry 2023 for providing the complimentary pizza they smoothly denied and asked to order on some next day.
As I have already a regular customer of dominos and when I had an issue the company should resolve this issue to ensure that customers satisfaction is the most preferable thing to the brand. However, Since then I have complained more that 5 times to the Dominos to resolve my issue, yet it is unsolved. I request dominos to refund my money as no quality was maintained in delivering pizza.
