Domino's Pizza — Regarding Staff and Service

I am a permanent customer of Dominos pizza but i don't think that i can be a customer of yours any more because i am quite unsatisfied with your service and even very disappointed. I had placed my order on phone and when i reached for picking it, the staff said that there is no order from my side and this hasn't happened for the first time, about 3-4 times it has happened and it is happening from about an year. so kindly review my complaint against your dominos staff who took order but don't place or forward it..watever the problem is with your staff i don't know. The Shift Manager was Mr. Ravinder
