I had ordered a pizza on 29/05/2015. I made the payment online but got an error that order couldn't be processed to kitchen. I immediately called up the store to verify whether they received the order or not and they informed that they didn't received it. Its been 11 days and yet I haven't received any refund. Is dominos awaiting an escalation, then only will they initiate refund process? I guess they are habituated of these kind of escalations and they do it intentionally to earn interest on these payments. I am sure, this is a huge amount if they are practising it regularly.
