Gk-2 manager was rude & abusive..(Manisha sharma., employ id-136325)
The payment is debited from the account nd the order is not place..
She bluntly said that she don't care about anything what we are talking, i[censored] want the order then reorder it nd pay for it otherwise she can't help.. She was very rude in the whole conversation.
I was also put on hold for 20mins.. Without any response.. I have to dieconnect the call and call them again.. But they were not ready to talk properly. Then i call[protected] thinking that will get connected to the south zone head some arum sirosi cam on the call..
I was telling him the behavior of his colleag but he was trying to defend her by saying again nd again that place the order nd pay cod..
But again he was not understanding my concern as the gk-2 manager was rude & abusive towards me..
At the end when i said that r u able to do something about her behavior he said we will see..
Is it a way to behavie with the customers..
Is it professional to abuse on call..
