Domino's Pizza — rude behaviour of staff, improper timing of delivery | |||
On 4-5 days before i ordered 4 pizza around 11pm and by 11:23 i got 2 pizza and odr 2 pizza was smashed. I tld d delivery person to tak d cash of 2 pizza as it was cod he refused to tak d amount and demanded me to wait fr 10min as he won’t get 2 pizza even after 15 min i didt received any pizza oly a deliver boy came with empty tellin som shutting reason again i had to wait for 10-15 min and finally was delivered to me. They wer keep on collecting d amount not even a apology and there was 5 people to deliver 4 pizza such a crap delivery. U ppl literally wasted my tym wic can’t b taken back. I mailed dis issue i got a call frm bharath who gav excuses atlast he was not able to sort the issue and tld dt he ll contact soon after waitin fr half an hour i called back he was very rude l. He literally dono the way to spk to customer such crap people u appoint and lose ur brand status this is the 3rd tym wic is happening to me till now der s no action taken. If i am gettin cal i don’t want a cal frm bharath. I need a responsible, well behaved person to cal me. I have al the details wat ever happend al dese days.
