I have ordered pizza online at 18.45. I have ordered it online and paid through atm. I have given my address. I called after 1 hour which was not ready they said we will start preparing now. I told them that my mobile is switched off and please deliver it to the address. Again i have called now2 hours after the order) to know that it is not yet started. And the company claims they will deliver within 30 mins.

Updated by drsrinivaskasha now the time is 21.20 . I have neither received pizza nor refund. I requested atlas cancel my order on phone but that has not happened.

SIR, My name is Siju bhaskaran, i order pizza from dominos and given payment through HDFC debit card through online.the payment Rs.386 already debited from my account and product not delivered. i need my money back as soon as possible.
