My name is Nikhlesh Ramanuj, Date 08/10/2022 I have visit with family Domino’s Out Late Located at Ground Floor Shop No 02 03A Arjun Plot No 19 Ward No 6 Arjun Complex, Adipur, Gandhidham, Gujarat 37020.

During that time I had to go to the washroom, so I asked the Domino’s Pizza out late representative / Mr. Bajrang & in charge about the washroom, then he refused and said that it is only is for Restaurant Staff.
Later I also requested him but same answered.
