Domino's Pizza — Service they provide

I have order pizza at 09/15/2016 09:21:06 PM
1.Country Special (Regular) - 320Rs
2.Lava Cake - 105Rs
Total - 425Rs
The pizza was not delivery even after 40min
And when i called at shop they where like "it will take more 45 min" ... TO MAKE
NOT TO DELIVER...
That means we wait for 30min for food and when we call them, then they inform us that you have to wait more 45min for eat food.
THIS IS WHAT THE DOMINO'S PROVIDE SERVICE...
and take service tax 5.6%
