We had gone to your outlet at Dominos Pizza, Rajpur Road, Dehradun today DATE:11/01/2015 along with family of 6 members...we were trying to order online prior to going there but due to some technical fault the order could not be somehow placed...we decided to go to your outlet instead..there we tried to know the technical difficulty that why we could'nt place our order online when we had a coupon discount...to our dismay your staff there was too rude to answer our querry..one Mr.Mohit Singh Rawat particulary was acting like a ruffian..we had ladies with us..??...and this staff of yours declined our request to make us understand that why we could'nt place our order online where i had already spoken to this person on my mobile..kindly note details...called from [protected] to [protected] x 6 times between 10:04pm to 10:40pm. coupon code: 105QFOWX valid till 15/01/2015...his attitude was of a hooligan...he could not understand a irritated customers psychology...instead he was very cheap, rude, and had the dare to call me outside the outlet to be physical...its a very sorry state of Dominos...where we frequent...kindly check this staff of yours immediately..its a total stab on your reputation by this locally appointed staff...Kindly note my number:[protected] and my name as Sagar kumar...you can reach me at [protected]@yahoo.in .Pls inform me of the status of my complaint before i decide to post this complaint publically as i have felt very insulted by the attitude of your staff...Much thanx...Sagar kumar
