Domino's Pizza — Staff negligence | |||||
I was placing an order.the staff person swiped my card and asked me to enter my card details.till then the bill amount was 355/-.After I entered my card details I pressed the green button on the POS device to enable the transfer. This staff person abruptly cancelled my transaction stating that the actual bill amount was 423 including tax.Hearing that I decided to cancel my order and left.Later I discovered that transaction of 355/- Was already done and my account got debited.This happened in Chennai in Ags-Coromandel Plaza, Navalur, OMR road around 9:00 pm. I want the refund ASAP.Due to the negligence of staff I need to suffer.I want an immediate action to be taken. Was this information helpful? | |||||
