Domino's Pizza — still awaiting refund of my amount | |||
On 27th february i had made an order online. The nearby dominos store called back saying they didn't have the order in stock so i cancelled the whole order... They said it would take 7 days to refund... Its been 12 days (March 11) and i am yet awaiting refund... I called up dominos customer care and the customer service at the palakkad (Kerala) store. My customer reference complaint number is 8667194. They said the manager will call back and hung up. So far i have not received any call or any follow-up. All are equally pathetic and do not care about customer satisfaction at all. I wouldn't order again... Never again... Was this information helpful? | |||
