Domino's Pizza — Store is offline

I ordered my food on dominos app money deducted from my account order failed. There was no message of refund being initiated or about the order. When i tried to place another app, it says store is offline. For the past 3 days there is no activity in the app, and everytime it only says store is offline. My query is what about the money which is deducted. When will i get it back... Looking forward to a faster resolution to this
