Dear Domino's,
I i'm very angry. And hugely disappointed.
As a loyal patron of your pizzas for the past decade plus, I'll narrate you a real life horror story, in which you play the protagonist or the antagonist depending on your response to my, till now, informal, unofficial complaint.
I went to one of (dominos) your outlets in Anant Nagar phase 2, Bengaluru at around 1:30 p.m on 19th June 2022 with my son. Not only was your outlet outrightly dirty with hair and dirt strewn all over the floor, and unoccupied tables full of leftovers and pizza-eaten boxes, the air-conditioning was switched off.
Despite repeated requests to all their staff including the lady at the cash counter, the other so-called 'cleaning'(nothing) staff no one complied. I sat there eating two pizzas, a garlic bread and two desserts along with a Pepsi in utter disappointment and heat.
I need an answer.
Tell me I'm wrong in pointing you guys out.
Do look into it if you're interested even an iota in looking into your downgraded standards from a decade back. Or was it like that all along? If it was, I'm really upset to have been so warmly financially invested in your products for all these years. And, I need your answer to close this chapter for the better.
