Domino's Pizza — the order is not placed but the money is being deducted three times

I placed an order for my friend in hyderabad from domino's online app. The order is not taken but the order payment is deducted three times from me. Two time from one account and one from another account. I need the refund. Total amount deducted is rs 1788.
I placed the order being in guwahati. Need the refund soon. First time this happened. Kindly check.
