Domino's Pizza — Too much delay in delivery even after pre-paid payment | |||||
Complaint Reference No- 1199646 Dated: 14/04/2016 I placed my order (order no. 311, KUNAL CHHABRA ) at 9:14 PM (14/04/2016) and it reached my place at 10:45 PM . It was surprising to see such pathetic delivery services and thus I cancelled my order after numerous reminder calls at your Kirti Nagar outlet (had conversations with Jaspreet, Puja and others). The website showed that the order was dispatched long ago. This is a sheer piece of cheating with a customer showing him the order as 'dispatched' and making him wait even after he has made a pre-paid payment. This led me to face lot of embarrassment in front of my guests who were standing at my door and were just about to go back their respective homes, that is when the delivery guy arrived at 10:45 PM. It was such a humiliating experience in front of 10-12 guests at my place. Even while I write this complaint right now, I have NOT received any regret call/text from your end. Such services by Dominos have to be termed as miserable and Dominos is not worth its big name if it is NOT capable to serving its customers who are staying just 200 metres away from the outlet. I want complete refund and please ask the company to arrange to send a large pizza each to 6 couples who were present at my house today. Was this information helpful? | |||||
