Domino's Pizza — took payment twice | |||||
I ordered dominos pizza via mobiel app at toraipakkam branch for the amount of 1275 in total, as soon as i submitted the order it deducted the same amount twice, immediately contacted the customer care, he asked me to inform to the deliver boy and the deliver boy will inform to manager and credit back the amount. Informed and he said he will inform the manager too and also asked me to wait for a day, i haven't received anything, called the customer care again next day and asked for the details, customer care asked me to contact branch for it, when i contacted branch they are not even hearing to my complaint first, then somehow i waited for more than 10 mins and he listened to me at last. He just said 'contact customer care' and he kept the phone. I haven't got the money yet.
