Domino's Pizza — Train order cancelled without any reasons

We're travelling in Navjeevan express and ordered pizza from Domino's. The first order randomly without any notifications. Thinking it might be some technical issue we ordered again. It got cancelled twice more while Domino's ordered in our next compartment was delivered. It happened thrice in general and when we called and enquired I got a vague reply and got told I'll receive a call in a few minutes. It's been more than 4 hours and we have received no callbacks. It was supposed to be the dinner for 10 people. Please respond with a solution at the earliest.
