Domino's Pizza — Transaction

Ordered the pizza on December 14 via dominos app. The amount rs521 got deducted from my account but didn’t show on the Dominos app. When I called the store from where I ordered they said the system was offline and therefore they didn’t receive the order and said me to wait for about 7days for the refund. Today it has been 7days but still no sign of refund. I did my transaction via gpay app.
