Domino's Pizza — transaction was done but order was not placed

Hi team,

I have made order from dominos app. Order was of 1010, amount got deducted from my account. But was order was not placed successfully.
Kindly let me know when will i get my refund. I have ordered 4 items and opted for everyday value offers. This is the second time the same issue has happened though i m a frequent customer of the dominos and always prefer app orders

Dear sir,
My online order no 36 & trace no. cd[protected].
I received pizza but pizza in paneer Quality so bed .
So smell in paneer, we wast this pizza.
Pls take action in this matter as soon .

I ordered my order, 4 items. Money got deducted from my account and there was no order placed then I ordered again and my order came... Actually it git me deducted double. Please help me before 10 aug
