Domino's Pizza — Unethical behaviour, money taken but food doesn't delivered | |||
I have ordered two pizzas on Sunday 11/07/2021 using your android app. I picked cash on delivery. However after receiving the bill in my message link (follow the attachment for the bill) I made the payment using my UPI (payment screenshot attached). When the delivery person came I showed him the payment screenshot however he was saying that since it's a cash on delivery I have to pay cash for the food, however he can connect me to his manager on phone so that I can make him understand. After several attempts I was unable to make him understand that I paid for my meal through Upi, even the delperson took an image of the payment screenshot and send it to his manager. But that manager was so unprofessional he said to me that he couldn't find any payment from my side and I have to pay by cash for this. As I wasn't ready for paying twice for the same food item he said I can reject the order. Soon after the delivery boy left my place within 10mins I received another message from Dominos mentioned as your order has been canceled. I called your customer care department immediately and raised my concern. The customer care lady told me that I will receive a callback within 24 hours as she is sending this issue with a high escalation mark. Well, nothing happened actually. Being a dominos pizza lover I ended up my Sunday with this bitter feeling. I had guest in my house and it was a huge embarrassment i bagged because of the service and attitude provided by one of your outlet. With all this harrassment now I lose Rs.673.40 which I paid. Please do the needful. I now expect a prompt and productive response from your side. I wish I could have attach the thread emails. your customer service email team initially promised me for a refund pithing 7 days. now after waiting that long when I reached them back they are sending me and "expired link" of feedback. This is disgusting. You guys should take this very seriously about the harassment I am facing. Was this information helpful? | |||
