Domino's Pizza — unhygienic ambience and worst customer service | |||
A couple of days back I visited at this Dominos store and found the whole premise filled with flies. The tables were filled with flies as seen in the picture and they were roaming on the food that people had. There is also this insect repellent machine but as you see it has no effect on the flies. And moreover after we had our pizza, the server came and ask me to check whether I received any feedback form. When, I said yes she asked me to open the link and she herseld rated it 10/10 and submitted the forn without my consent The mobile was in my hand and she quickly pressed the buttons and submitted a wrong feedback 2 years back I went through the same experience where the server induced me to give them full rating so that I receive special offers in future and complained about it. Even though after I complained about the same on the customer care page, they gave me a complaint no. And today they messaged me saying that they called me but it was unanswered. (I didnt receive any call). In the message they asked me to click on the given link to provide alternate time to call me but the link was not working. Upon talking with their chat person, she asked me to fill the form again. This is the worst case of customer service  Was this information helpful? | |||
