We are a regular customer of Domino's. However today we were disappointed with the service & the behaviour of the delivery boy and the cashier named Sunny at Sector 20, Dwarka, New Delhi outlet.We ordered for a pizza & garlic bread at 8.50 pm. However despite our follow up, the order was not delivered till 10.10 pm. On being asked the reason for unusual delay, the delivery boy responded that today there is no delivery time limit because of 1 + 1 free scheme. We clarified to him that we had not opted for the scheme and had ordered what we wanted to have. Does the 1 + 1 free scheme mean that there is no delivery time limit. We wanted to have clarification from the concerned outlet In-charge. The delivery boy spoke to someone and then asked us to return the order.We were shocked to note that instead of talking to us, the outlet in-charge ordered the delivery boy to return the order. When we asked the delivery boy to let us know the name and designation of the person he was taking to, he advised the name as Sunny, Cashier In-charge of the outlet. We then spoke to so called sunny but he was very rude and asked we are talking to him as he is not the manager of the outlet.This kind of attitude & behaviour from the employees of Domino's is not at all expected.We seek urgent corrective measures from Domino's to keep our faith in their service intact. Would expect an apology from the errant employees.
