Domino's Pizza — very much delay during night time

i am a regular customer of dominos pizza in delhi cantt i here register a complaint against their service i ordered 5 pizza mania on 17/07/2014 at 9;30pm the maximum time here is of 1 hr we waited for 1hr 40min and again we called them around 11;10pm i then cancled that order i and my family slept that night without having meal and because of late night we dont think to made anything. i strictly asking from dominos to pay about whatever that domino's outlet did with us that night. my mother was not well that night that's why we choosed to eat from dominos.
