Domino's Pizza — website issue or late delivery | |||
Dominos delivery was 10 minutes late after the 30 minute guarantee and the pizza was cold. The invoice no. Is 65879/18/112382, order placed on 5th feb 2019 at 07.42 pm, order received at 8.22 pm. I called up the store when the delivery arrived. The store says the area of delivery doesn't come under the store delivery area. I had placed the order online, so the store said because the order was made online it was accepted otherwise we don't accept it for orders from my area. This means one of the two things-either dominos website online ordering is faulty because i chose my area and dominos website chose the store, not me or the store will lie and give any reason to avoid fulfilling their promise of no charge if delivery later than 30 minutes. My order was one regular pizza and it wasnt made on any festival or difficult time. The delivery person didnt complain of traffic or any other issue. So either dominos should apologise to me and fix their online portal or refund me my rs.294/- and make sure the people who give such reasons don't in the future. Was this information helpful? | |||
