I had a issue when applying gift vocher, got a technical error and later vocher didn't work. I took a screenshot of the same and mailed domino's customer care about the issue and value of that voucher is 2000. Back end team called and stated me to mail the same to another mail id, which handles gift voucher issues, did the same and no call or mail i got from that team. All this happened 2 months ago and still no response for this.
When i call concern team @[protected], i explain all the issue and they place the call on hold and later call disconnects, this happens each and every time i call. The frustrating thing is i explain the concern each and every time and all that goes waste. I mailed many times regarding this issue. But no proper solution.
I never expected such behavior with all the customer support team members. The worst experience i had with support team. Wanna escalate this to higher end and make sure no one experience the same.
