Domino's Pizza — wrongly taken order online and no refund but cheating customer | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I have given online Pizza order in Mulund – Mumbai ( Order No – 103 ) but order goes to different location – Thane and received order lately almost 50 minutes. As per their rule if order didn't complete within 30 min. then refund will be given and free Pizza will be served but after 4 calls they given me false answer but no refund initiated. When called their helpline kept on hold for 10 min and asked different types of question so customer should get either irate/ shut down calls. Domino's Pizza Company is cheating customers and when called for refund given false answer like 7 day/ 3 days refund will be given but no complaint logged from their side. It is an unprofessional and careless attitude by Domino's customer care and serious action needs to be taken against Company. Was this information helpful? | |||
