Domino's Pizza — you know how it feels when cheese burst is served cold | |||||
Date of incident - 25/08/2017 Client number[protected] Order number-349 Contact no - [protected] Yesterday night, i ordered 1 cheese burst pizza, 1 garlic bread with cheese dip and 1 pasta from dominos. Firstly i received the order after 90 minutes of ordering, when contacted the manager he agreed to waive off rs 300. Secondly, when i opened my pizza, garlic bread, and pasta, i found it non-edible to eat as it was too cold. All the topping were ripped off and white stand which they generally give was not present. I again contacted store manager, he agreed and committed me that they will repeat me the same order tomorrow. When today i contacted dominos to get the order, they strictly denied and started talking illogically. Why should i compromise with the quality when paid completely for it. Such rude behaviour from the staff is not at all accepted. This is my understanding, that the face of dominos pizza is "dominos", so collectively i need not remember particular store manager's name. While when i was ordering today, some guy dharmendra insisted again and again on getting me the name of the manager who committed the same thing when repeatedly told i don't remember the name. I would like to get the total refund for my order placed yesterday or i would like to get the same order again. Was this information helpful? | |||||
