Dope Custom — instagram fraud page and cheated money without i. sending items ordered

Hi. So few months back i ordered things worth 1100 and my friend got things worth 1100 from this instagram page called dopecustom. After bugging her for tracking number, she just ignored my message and all of a sudden just blocked me and my friend. I saw other complains lodged against her on google search engine. So after many months she added one of my friends business page and we noticed that her whatsapp dp is the same as the pic in her insta profile. Many pics were similar, so we caught her. Upon further investigation, we got to know that her bro and her sis also do this same fraud business. It's so weird that her true caller id name says dope custome. Also the bank details
