[Resolved] Dotzot — delay in delivery of flipkart items, and sending sms 'receiver refused delivery' | |||
I had ordered 2 products from flipkart with order id od[protected], ordered on wed, dec 5th '18, the seller is retailnet. They sent both items using dotzot services, with tracker id[protected] and fdfp[protected] Dotzot haven't delivered my product yet. I have already got several products from flipkart on the same address. Dotzot is also messaging me that "attempted: your shipment from flipkart could not be delivered. Reason: receiver refused delivery - (Cir). Visit: dotzot.in for feedback". Nobody till date contacted me on my cell phone from dotzot. Was this information helpful? | |||

But the parcel received by Munnar facility on 18th December
But I didn't get any call to receive my courier.
When i called it says Switched off..So no response from Courier office.
