[Resolved] Dotzot — delay in delivery/updates 2 | |||
My awb#[protected] was shipped on 09/07/19 from bangalore to destination nagaland dimapur. It reached guwahati in 2 days which is like 8 hours far from dimapur nagaland. And since date 11/07/19 to 17/07/19 has been in transit from assam guwahati and i haven't received any calls or emails regarding the delivery. And today on 18/07/19 a day after i made complaint in https://www.consumercomplaints.in i get a new update while tracking that it says customer rejected and i was completely shocked. How?? Than i went to the office of dtdc aka dotzot and asked, they said they don't do delivery services so they only do the bookings. Like you can send stuff from dimapur to other places but nothing comes in from outside state. That was ridiculous to hear. If you don't have delivery option than why make it available and take our money so that it comes back to me again.. Waste of money and time.
