My order/parcel from flipkart (order id-OD[protected] was about to come on 23-10-18, but i haven't received my parcel till now and i have no update from dotzot about and the customer care team is very less supportive, they make excuse like they haven't found anyone when they reach the address mentioned on my parcel though not a single person came to my adress. How much time will it take to bring my parcel.
