[Resolved] Dotzot — Failed/delayed delivery | |||||
I ordered a phone on flippant and they chose this pathetic company to deliver my item. The committed date was 25th of February and so far until 28th of February there is no update on the current status. The item was shipped from Chennai and is held up in hyd for last five days. Don't know what's causing the delay. They don't answer their customer service number. [protected] experiencing a worse courier company in 21st century competitive business environment. The worst thing is, they don't have their customer service number anywhere on their website. Had to hunt the number and found it on some third party website. Was this information helpful? | |||||
