[Resolved]  Dotzot — false reporting, unable to receive parcels

I am writing this about my 2 parcels from Flipkart via DotZot courier service. According to tracking status parcels are already arrived at my area two days ago but i am still not receive them.
Tracking status showing report messages like "Undelivered due to CID - RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE" and its happened tow times each for my both awaiting parcels.
Please note that I didnt request change in delivery date. also no delivery agent try to call me. So its means totally false reporting in tracking status.

Hoping that you will look into the matter at the earliest

The information about airway bill number you are looking for is already given by me in my first complaint. I already attached the two screenshots of tracking status for my 2 awaiting parcels.

Still giving them again as follows;
