[Resolved] Dotzot — false reporting, unable to receive parcels | |||
I am writing this about my 2 parcels from Flipkart via DotZot courier service. According to tracking status parcels are already arrived at my area two days ago but i am still not receive them. Tracking status showing report messages like "Undelivered due to CID - RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE" and its happened tow times each for my both awaiting parcels. Please note that I didnt request change in delivery date. also no delivery agent try to call me. So its means totally false reporting in tracking status.
