[Resolved] Dotzot — flipkart return item | |||
My wife ordered a blue saree from flipkart. However, the saree delivered was of black colour. Hence she placed a replace order. Flipkart agreed to replace the item before 02 dec and they said the item will benpicked orn or before 26 nov 2018. The courier partner is dotzot, anchal branch. The courier staff contacted my wife on 23 and asked her to bring the item to the market (Main junction). As there were nobody, she said it was not possible. Again flipkart contacted me and my wife and assured that the item will be picked up by the courier partner. However, even today your courier staff from anchal asks to bring the item to the junction/market. Twice we have contacted him. He says the company policy is that the customer himself bring the item to your office? Is that right? It was happeend before during delivery of packages. Every time they asks us to come to the market and bring the package. If have to go to them, according to their convenience why should we need a courier and online purchase?
