Recently I had an order from Flipkart that was sent through DOTZOT courier services bearing order id[protected] which was expected to be delivered by 13 June 2019.
On 13 June 2019 I received a message from DOTZOT that my shipment CC[protected] would be delivered that day. The delivery agent assigned was Malaya Ranjan ([protected]). I immediately called the agent to enquire about my delivery. He replied to deliver by 2PM that day. After that I again called him at 3.23PM to enquire to which he replied he would deliver soon. Later on I again called him at 7.07PM to enquire and he replied that he would delivery me within 10mins. I waited and after 1hour 30mins I again called him to hear his phone switched off.
On the same date evening I received a message from DOTZOT that my shipment couldn't be delivered as "RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE". After that I again called Malaya Ranjan but his phone was switched off.
On the next day I received a message that "my order is going to be returned to the seller. If I wanted that then I would SMS Y497 to [protected] to which I immediately reacted, but I got no response. And after that neither I got any more message nor the product.
Today (17/06/19) I got a call from Flipkart that my order is being returned to the company.
So, I insist DOTZOT to take strict action against delivery agents like Malaya Ranjan due to whose negligence we customers face problem o[censored]ntimely delivery.
