[Resolved] Dotzot — non delivery of shipment | |
My shipment i'd no[protected] booked on 27 the july from bangalore through dotzot courier. Till date it has not delivered though two times they have informed me that it will be delivered. They have updated the status as "out for delivery" on 10 the august but not delivered yet. I think the updation of status is a fake one and the courier company is indulging in unethical practice Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Aug 13, 2018 DotZot Customer Care's response Dear RidaexWe found with AWB No[protected] there are multiple enquiries already registered with us. We are checking with respective team to arrange earliest delivery of your booked shipment and responses on the same has been shared to the registered email id. Moreover, delivery updates of your shipments shall be confirmed through mail. Please note :- 1) Shipment is booked under economy mode. 2) Shipment is quite heavy and needs special arrangement for delivery. 3) Delivery address falls under remote area. The parcel no:[protected] is arrive on 11/8/2018 but still not received...I had called money times and courier boy picked call so many times but they are still not visited on my location...n not delivered.. kindly check take action against your agent..thank you
