Dotzot — not giving home delivery

Sir i ordered a phone on shopclues and it was coming through dotzot. But when it arrived at salipur (Odisha) branch they kept it pending for three days and mentioned in status that they tried to reach me where as they didn't. And today a call came to me and he said that you have to come to such place to receive product. But the place is much distance from me and i think it is not safe to me. So i said him to deliver it at my given address. But he said he couldn't and will return the product. Plz sir help me to get that product. This is my order no sir
