[Resolved] Dotzot — product not delivered on time

Dotzot supposed to delivered flipkart product by 18th october. But they have mentioned that address is wrong. I am receiving all my couriers at same address. I am trying to call dotzot, but noone responding.

17th of october, i received a sms that my courier is out for delivery. But noone contacted me for delivery. Then i called the number given in sms, but that guy told he has quit the company 3 months back.

I called them muliple times. Noone responding. I text them, email them, but no response.

I am frustrated calling them and now seeking your help.

Updated by sharma.divyendu I have not received any email from DotZot about resolving my problem. DotZot employees not picking up my call and not delivering my courier since 17th of October. I have tried multiple times contacting DotZot but no response/resolution.

DotZot customer care, please do not provide false update here. Where is my courier and why are you not delivering it?
