Hi.. I have issues with return. I already sent a return request for 4 items earlier jan 09, 2019. Still now they havent come to collect the item. But they keep sending sms saying that pick up cancelled by consignee/consignor. But they didnt even call me. They just sent the sms. Thats it. Now today they cancelled my return request. Again i sent a request to return. They accepted it. But im not sure they ll do it. The seller assigned for pickup the returned items is dotzot. Nearly lost rs 1400. I want my money back. Dotzot done a worst service. Help me to get my money refund. Verified Support Jan 18, 2019 DotZot Customer Care's response Dear ReynuhDotZot — return order We seen your complaint "DotZot — money return back". As per our process we do not pick up any return shipment without the specific instruction of the sender. Since the Dotzot airway number is not mentioned we are unable to check. My two item is not deliver on date. AWB no is[protected] &[protected]. both are not deliver till now. you service is not satisfactory. no any body responsible of our duty. your service is very very worst.
