[Resolved] Dotzot — shipment not yet delivered i[protected] | |||
I have not yet received my shipment. I have ordered the shipment and it reached guwahati on 25th april. 2019. Its showing out for delivery since 29th april, 2019. Today is 7th may, 2019 and shipment not yet delivered. I have given complaint a number of times but to no avail. This is really frustrating, either you update the status or deliver the shipment. How can a shipment be out for delivery for 7 days without any status update? Have dotzot guys lost my shipment? This is extremely shameful. I work for flipkart and i am unable to get the shipment ordered from flipkart due to the fault of our delivery partner. Was this information helpful? | |||
