[Resolved] Dotzot — snapdeal not refunding my money | |||||
Hello, my awb tracking number —[protected] reference no. — 52865752 Tracking id - [protected] I have requested to return a pair of sarees i. E — 2 in sets) on 22 december, 2018 from snapdeal and the pickup boy was came on 23 december, 2018, after some days i got an email mentioning that my item that i had returned was incomplete and they aren't going to refund my money. After that i was continuously seeking seek through emails and calls but they have worst customer care service and no helping me at all and yesterday they sent me another message that my order didn't go through the quality check. That's why the are returning my order back to me through dotzot but i want refund as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
