Dotzot — undelivered the order | |||
Dear team Tracking id[protected] by amazon 3party seller kapsons posted the order through dotzot. We didn't receive the order and in tracking status it shown as out to deliver. At 11pm night they updated status as off door closed. But we already mentioned to give deliver in off timings 9-6 pm. Even next working day also they didn't submit the order.
