[Resolved] Dotzot — unethical behaviour on phone call | |||
Your courier person called twice and second time he abused on phone very badly, then he didn't come at my place to deliver the product and after that they messaged from ad-dotzot on 29/10/18 : address is incomplete and wrong, then on 30/10/18 : they messaged that your shipment from flipkart was refused will be returned. They message us wrongly because they don't want to deliver the product at my place and i also complaint on your customer service through your toll free number. Some product shipped and delivered on my address successfully from last 15 days, that courier guy abuse me so he was lying. So please i request you to send me the product and i'll give you brief complaint with some days. Was this information helpful? | |||
