We have visited the dr agarwal eye hospital velachery, chennai. The doctor recommend counselling after consultation. We were waiting for the counselling for half an hour but the counsellor was chating and laughing with the colleagues. Even after the receptionist informed her that a patient was waiting for counselling, her colleagues asked her to continue chatting with them. Such a terrible service
