We were waiting for the counselling for half an hour but the counsellor was chating and laughing with the colleagues. I bought a lens at Dr. Agarwal Eye hospital Villupuram Branch, the lens I bought is good at initial stage after then it got defected because of insects attack when I going on a bike . First time they replaced the lens around at 7th month as it had 1 year warranty . They don't follow up the patients properly. They don't have proper contact number. The cell numbers and landlines numbers given by them is not working. The eye drops instruction is not given properly.
Main problem they are not interested in informing the patients the surgery date and time....

Perambur branch is not paying attention to the request of the customers. There's no proper contact number. There's no proper follow up. Totally they very careless....

We have visit velachery branch for last week... They not properly did eye checking... After that they suggest new specs... Rs around 6k... After wearing new specs not clearly saw any objects... Again i visit the branch but again they check eye test but said same power in the spec so you have to check and come after 2weeks...
This is the right way to respond the customer?

I bought an specs at agarwal eye hospital kanchipuram for about 20 days I beared with the defective frame and they have replaced the new frame. Even on the new frame there was a Crack in the glass at the fitment area. Very next days when the specs is taken they are telling it as handling issue and very rude behaviour by the incharge manohar. They are fully focussed on money and worst customer service he did not evn bother to listen the issue....
