Gudiyatham eye clinic staffs informed not to come to clinic

I was informed by Gudiyatham eye clinic for not to come to our clinic for eye checkup and we are closing at 6.30 pm but when I visited hospital at 11 am they informed to visit evening. But they're not allowing. Service is not good and behaviour of the staffs is worst and they're telling they're not allowing to come.

My mother visited Dr Aggarwal's Eye Hospital Kalyan west branch on 24th June 2024 where Dr Sujata did first consultation, and we did present my mother's all medical treatment history and ongoing medications to her.

Dr Sujata did some routine examination and had suggested for Cataract Surgery and had asked to do some more Laboratory and Physical investigations, alongside Dr Sujata also requested for written fitness certificate for my mom from our family doctor.

We completed all laboratory examinations and has also obtained fitness certificate from our family physician as requested by Dr Sujata.

In addition, to Dr Sujata's suggestion we also got my mother's 2D echo examination done based on recommendation from our family doctor.

Present day, 26th July 2024, my mother visited same branch of Dr Aggarwal's eye hospital again, where Dr Narsimha Thorat (spelling maybe incorrect) attended my mother performed remaining test within Kalyan west hospital/facility and post obtaining reports today's test, Dr Narsimha requested to produce my mother's ongoing medication prescription again. We did co-operate with Dr Narsimha on the same.

Now, Dr Narsimha, reacted that surgery cannot be performed based on my mother's ongoing medication. This is where my distress is - If Doctors have to make GO/NO-GO decisions basis patient's ongoing medications and previous medical history WHY DO THEY UNNECESSARY MAKE PATIENT & THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS SUFFER- - Suffer Mentally, Suffer Physically and Suffer Monetary?

Why this complaint?
In this entire one-month journey - I had to undergo Mentally, Physically and Monetary?
1. My mother's suffered physically as she is 68 years old and face difficulty in walking due to her Knee pains and our flat/apartment is on 4th floor - So I had to make my mother live with my sister for commutation perspective.
2. Me and My sister suffered mentally as we both work in corporate industries - So taking frequent leaves to visit Doctors, Labs, etc. for tests based on received appointment in shorter turnaround is little challenging.
3. Dr Sujata should have been transparent in her communication by saying that surgery would not be possible because of current medication. Why did she made us perform unnecessary tests and visits?

My current expense in getting things aligned for my mother based on doctors suggestion(s) is around 5, 000 - 6, 000 INR but my mental and physical suffering is 10x to the above figure.

I humbly request this forum to take necessary actions, as patients go Doctors/hospitals with hope of getting better treatment, however, this type of situation showcase our inability to deliver humanity.

    Unauthorized consultation by change of doctor without informing

    Yesterday, April 26, 2024, we went for a general check-up at Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital in Porur, Chennai. We received an appointment for Mrs. Saraswathy from the hospital itself, as we were unaware of any doctors there. The other person then performed all of the tests and consultations, which we learned later as we were leaving the hospital.

    The other person who performed the consultation is not completely satisfied with us...

    Delivery of faulty a non-functional bifocal glasses at Ideal Homes clinic

    01/02/2024 i visited dr agarwal eye hospital k k nagar madurai and counsault doctor after finished my counsoling i meet deputy manager mr kathir k v, for my doubts just speaking about treatment its going into the wrong direction then he speaking with wiredly adn using bad words in front of pateints and staff so i feel very guilty.       I placed order of spectacles, Tuesday, , 2 January 2024 and they had promised to deliver within three days by the end of Friday without fail and also promise to give a call before Friday, but they are totally failed either. Give a call or to deliver the spectacles in time. As such I personally visited the Rajarajeshwari Nagar branch on Saturday morning 9:20 AM, where I had placed the spectacle order, but they are intentionally avoid to deliver my order and simply they are wasting my time half an hour. In fact, those spectacle is ready for deliver but some of the front girls. They told that wait for another 10 to 15 minutes. I don’t know why I am waiting for another 20 minutes, the order is ready, since I have urgent work, even they are not understanding the customers problem and value, even they don’t have any respect in respect of their customers and the step of the doctor Aggarwal is hospitals very responsible and harassing the customers by one or the other way and there working always very negligence manner towards their customers. I search their attitude and Agarwal hospitals working manner is nothing but negligence. As such. Please help me to return my hard earned money of ₹5000 and compensation.

        October 3rd 2023, I went to Dr.Agarwal's Hopital K.K.Nagar Madurai Branch to check my eye. I feel so worst hospital in madurai. They treated like prisoner that important Dr. Arunkumar and Mr. Kathir HR who incharge for that branch. He treat the patients speak with bad words and beating in front of staff and peoples. so I write a complaint to Chief Minister cell if necessary I think you may take action against Dr. Arunkumar and Mr.Kathir who incharge for the Dr.Agarwals Hospital K.K.Nagar Madurai Branch. If you cant take any action for this staff. I will write letter to Chief Minister cell and Health minister of Tamilnadu.

          Counsellor not working properly

          We have visited the dr agarwal eye hospital velachery, chennai. The doctor recommend counselling after consultation. We were waiting for the counselling for half an hour but the counsellor was chating and laughing with the colleagues. Even after the receptionist informed her that a patient was waiting for counselling, her colleagues asked her to continue chatting with them. Such a terrible service...

          Cataract operation

          I have been operated for cataract of the Right eye, on 28th July 2023, at your Netradarshan hospital, at Belgaum.. Now it's almost 2 months but still I feel uncomfortable with the operated eye, as I can not see clearly.. every object looks double.. This was not the case before the operation.. I could see clearly earlier but now I can see only after wearing the glasses.. I had post operation follow up with Dr Sachin Mahuli but I am not convinced...

          I had cataract surgery in your Vellore branch on 05.05.2023. My phone[protected]. MR NO VLC/159425/23..Initial consulting done in velachery branch. Testing and surgery done in Vellore. My package cost is Rs 50, 328/-
          Surgery completed at 11.15 am. Cashless
          Insurance proposal sent after 1.15 only.
          To this proposal star health Insurance company restricted a sum of Rs 4, 264/-.
          I paid this amount from my pocket.
          Today I contacted the star health insurance for reason for the deduction. They replied that your hospital insurance team has not submitted the detailed invoice bill for the implant in complete shape( ie lens I understood). Only because of this, insurance company restricted the claim. If you had submitted all details in complete shape, I could have been sanctioned Rs 4, 264/ more. It is evident that your insurance team is not at all bothered about patient welfare. They simply know if insurance company doesn't pay, then patient is going to pay. So, They are confident that They are not going to suffer and also no one is monitoring this team in depth. Also all patients are not aware of their rights.
          If you are patient friendly, Please check your proposal, check the approved letter from the insurance company, contact in insurance company to check the complaint in my statement is true, then take action to rectify the same.
          Then

          1. I now request you to send me a original detailed bill for Rs 50, 328-including the detailed invoice bill for implant in which only claim is restricted so that at least, I can apply for reimbursement of this restricted amount. ( you may know reimbursement is very delayed process)

          2. Also, please send all test report in original, which were carried out for Rs 3, 015/- before surgery, so That I can reimburse this pre hospitalisation expenses.

          3. SINCE THIS IS A PACKAGE BASED TREATMENT, YOU COULD HAVE SENT THE CASHLESS PROPOSAL EARLY, ie proposal was sent after 2 hours of cataract surgery.

            I am disappointed and angry about my recent experience at the Agarwal Eye Hospital, Velachery branch. During my visit on Monday, I received a prescription with drastic changes in my cylindrical power. When I tested my power at a spectacles shop, there were no changes like that mentioned in the prescription. When I contacted the hospital, they dismissed it as a printing issue even though the doctor should have verified the prescription. As a regular patient, I expect a higher standard of care and attention to detail. Please rectify the issue and restore my trust in the hospital.

              I am a physicially challenged person. On 01/04/2023, I had visited Agarwal Hospital with my father to inject injection in his eyes for Rs. 45000/-. The staff in the 2nd floor of help desk had arrogantly behaved with me and not allowing to sit even more than 15 chairs are available. Even they had not allowed to sit the patient when one doctor Lionel is in 2nd floor. They had treated like Government Hospital and arrogantly.

              we had visited Hospital with great sorrow however, Your staff further increases our pressure. Totally we had spend a lot and got dishonest from your Hospital.

                My name is GEORGE DAVID RAJ mobile no. [protected], i am a physicially challenged person. My father is 86 years old. On 01/04/2023, to put injection to my father for rs.45000 in his eyes and as a attendant to my father, I had waited in second floor. One of staff from 2nd floor help desk compelled me to go to first floor even though more than 15 chairs are empty in second floor and arrogantly behaved with me. I therefore request to advice the staff to pollite with parents and their attendants.

                Further, they are disturbing the patient to go to various floors in Hospital for checkup like Government Hospital. This should be avoided and all checkup facilities should be kept available in same floor for the benefit of patient

                    I bought a lens at Dr. Agarwal Eye hospital Villupuram Branch, the lens I bought is good at initial stage after then it got defected because of insects attack when I going on a bike . First time they replaced the lens around at 7th month as it had 1 year warranty . Then the replaced lens also had the same problem after 6 months so I pleased the incharge to replace it as the new lens had 1 year warranty. Suddenly he way of behaviour is too arrogant. I said that I made a mistake on buying the product on your store better i would bought it from lenskart . He replied me at very arrogant nature and body language then go to that store . I replied him that I have given ₹6000 you have to answer me . Then I called the lens company itself on his phone she replied me that she will resolve the problem by replacing the lens and hanged up by telling me to give lens to the store . The store Incharge Mr. Dhayalan replied me that he will not take the glass and he said get out. I said I will not go out until my problem resolve’s. A another man working in the store threatened me by asking which is your city, what is ur name . Moreover he pushed me by his chest to get out of the store and talk. Then I got out of the store with heavy disappointment and heavy sadness . Moreover I said to the incharge that I will file a complaint he replied that do whatever you can and get out . All these talks made by him is very bad and disrespectful. Customer Satisfaction is zero. And behavior at customer is too much arrogant. Bad experience.

                      They don't follow up the patients properly. They don't have proper contact number. The cell numbers and landlines numbers given by them is not working. The eye drops instruction is not given properly.
                      Main problem they are not interested in informing the patients the surgery date and time.
