I am disappointed and angry about my recent experience at the Agarwal Eye Hospital, Velachery branch. During my visit on Monday, I received a prescription with drastic changes in my cylindrical power. When I tested my power at a spectacles shop, there were no changes like that mentioned in the prescription. When I contacted the hospital, they dismissed it as a printing issue even though the doctor should have verified the prescription.
